| Transit Film Distribution operates worldwide. For commercial screenings,  around 600 movies are distributed, starting with early German silent movies through to more recent productions. These movies are available almost exclusively as 35-mm copies.
Around 20 percent of the films distributed go abroad. The biggest customers include the US, France and the United Kingdom, but orders are also received from Japan and South America.
In addition to the well-known titles, the Distribution list also includes a series of lesser-known works – making a new discovery is never ruled out in the Transit Film collections.
The movie distribution is thought to be for commercial purposes only. For private use, we offer a range of DVDs in trade under the label Transit Classics.
